NannySync helps families keep nanny hours, weekly payment records, payment status, nanny confirmations, payment summaries, receipts, and monthly records organized. NannySync does not move money, process payroll, or file taxes.

Nanny profile information

Receipt details
If you choose to provide them, we may store optional receipt details such as parent address, nanny address, or receipt notes. These details are used only for receipt-related records when provided.
Billing information
If paid subscriptions are enabled, billing and subscription management may be handled securely by Stripe or another payment provider. NannySync does not store full credit card numbers.
Technical information
We may collect basic technical information such as browser type, device type, IP address, pages visited, referring pages, and usage activity to help operate, secure, and improve the service.

3. Nanny confirmation links
NannySync may allow a nanny to confirm receipt of a payment through a simple confirmation link. The confirmation page may display limited information needed to confirm the record, such as parent name, nanny name, pay period, hours, and amount recorded.
4. Payments are made outside NannySync
NannySync does not move money, send money, process nanny payments, run payroll, or file taxes. Families make payments outside NannySync. NannySync records payment status, confirmations, summaries, and receipts for organization and reference.
5. How we share information
We do not sell personal information.
We may share information with service providers that help us operate NannySync, such as hosting providers, analytics providers, email providers, authentication providers, or billing providers. These providers are expected to use information only to provide services to NannySync.
