1. NannySync is a recordkeeping tool

NannySync helps families organize nanny hours, weekly payment records, payment status, nanny confirmations, payment summaries, confirmed receipts, and monthly records.

NannySync is designed to help families and nannies stay aligned on what was recorded and confirmed.

2. NannySync does not move money

NannySync does not move money, send money, process payments, transfer funds, hold funds, or pay nannies.

All nanny payments are made outside NannySync.

When a user marks a payment as sent, that action records a payment status in NannySync. It does not send money.

3. NannySync is not a payroll service

NannySync does not process payroll, calculate payroll deductions, withhold taxes, issue tax slips, remit taxes, or manage employment compliance.

Users are responsible for their own payment, employment, payroll, tax, and reporting obligations.

4. NannySync does not provide professional advice

NannySync does not provide legal, tax, accounting, employment, payroll, financial, or professional advice.

Any information shown in NannySync is for general organization and recordkeeping only.

You should consult qualified professionals for advice about your specific situation.

5. Records depend on user-entered information

NannySync records, summaries, receipts, and reports are based on information entered or confirmed by users.

NannySync does not independently verify:

• hours worked
• hourly rates
• payment amounts
• whether a payment was actually sent
• whether a payment was actually received
• tax or employment classification
• legal compliance

Users are responsible for reviewing all records for accuracy.

6. Confirmed receipts

A confirmed receipt means that a nanny confirmation was recorded in NannySync based on the information shown.

A confirmed receipt is not a bank record, payroll record, tax filing, government form, or legal guarantee.

7. Payment summaries

A payment summary may be available after a payment is marked as sent and before nanny confirmation is completed.

A payment summary is not the same as a confirmed receipt.

8. No guarantee of compliance

NannySync does not guarantee that any record, summary, receipt, or report satisfies tax, employment, accounting, payroll, legal, or regulatory requirements.

Users are responsible for determining what records they need and whether NannySync records are appropriate for their purposes.
